Orientation Morning: Anyone wishing to think further about the course may apply to attend a ½ day event in early February where the course will be outlined in detail. Phone 01707 257400 for details.
Cost £50 (refundable against course cost)

Cost of Foundation Training: £1750 + VAT

  Presenters:
 

Jane Ballantyne is a practising Lawyer, specialising in Welfare Benefits and trains regularly in this area. She has written and contributed to publications on
Welfare Benefits.

 

Ian Butlin is a Family Mediator of many years experience and has recently conducted research into the impact on children of divorce and separation. He was instrumental in the creation and development of 'What Most Children Say', a parent education pocket guide published by Kent Family Mediation Service.

 

Wendy Bainham is a former Lawyer and Law Tutor, a Mediator of many years experience and a Professional Practice Consultant and Trainer. She writes articles for mediation magazines on Ethics in mediation

 

David Hodson is an experienced, specialist Family Solicitor in Surrey, London and Sydney, Australia. He is a Mediator and Arbitrator, and a part-time District Judge (Family Division). His particular specialisations are family cases with international aspects and/or involving complex financial issues. He is a regular writer and speaker on family law matters internationally.

 

Dominic Raeside is a Mediator, Family Therapist and Family Consultant. He is a registered Family and Systemic Psychotherapist and has specialised since 1988
in working with parents and children experiencing divorce and separation.

 

Anita Rendall is a former Lawyer and qualified Psychotherapist specialising in group dynamics. She has many years of experience in the world of mediation as Professional Practice Consultant, Trainer, Mediator and Manager both in private and Not for Profit sectors

 

Barbara Wilson has practised as a family mediator for 17 years. She is a Professional Practice Consultant, Workshop facilitator and Trainer with a particular interest in theory-to-practice issues. She has worked in other areas of conflict resolution including Family Group Conferences coordination and Disability Conciliation. She writes for a number of publications, both at home and
internationally.
