HERTS FAMILY MEDIATION SERVICE - PRICELIST
Charges apply to all individual clients who are not eligible for public funding and are inclusive of VAT and are made per person. Charges are made on a scale dependent on the individual’s gross income (ie income from all sources)
- Intake Appointments (45 minutes)
The price of an Intake appointment is £40 per person
This will not be charged if the client is eligible for public funding.

Clients need to opt for this option by the end of the 1st Mediation Session.

For All Issues Mediation (AIM) and Property and Finance this includes 4 sessions and full documentation. Further sessions would then need to be paid on an individual basis
For Child Only Mediation The price includes 2 sessions and a Statement of Outcome. Further sessions will need to be paid per session.
Terms
If you need to change an appointment – please call us as soon as possible so we can re-allocate your appointment.
A text reminder will be sent at least 3 days before your confirmed appointment. Cancellations after this will be charged.
Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will incur an administration charge of £50.
